
Are you feeling tired, overwhelmed by bad weather, murders, high prices, vicious words, and too much work? Try this. Place your feet flat on the floor. Sit comfortably with back straight. Let your hands rest lightly on your stomach area. Slowly close your eyes. Breathe in deeply to the count of four. Hold the breath for four counts, exhale to the count of four, hold the exhale for four counts. Repeat four times. How do you feel?
